All You Need in One Box: Each Clever Dripper ships with a pack of 100 #4 filters (also easy to find at your local grocery store when it's time to refill). 

The recipe:
Coffee: 24g | Water: 360g | Brew time: 3:30

Prep

1. Fill kettle and set to boil (100°C / 212°F)
2. Carefully fold seams of paper filter to allow filter to sit flush in the dripper
3. Rinse the filter with hot water to remove paper taste and also to heat the brewer
4. Empty water from dripper, place on scale, tare

Brewing

1. Add 24g of coffee to dripper and tare scale. 
2. Begin timer and add 60g of off-boil water (200℉/ 93.3℃)
3. Gently stir until all the coffee is saturated
4. At the 30 second mark, pour all the way until the scale reads 360g
5. Let steep until timer reaches 2 minutes. 
6. Place dripper on top of carafe/cup to activate drain-valve and wait for coffee to fully drain
7. All coffee should be drained out of the dripper around the 4 minute mark 
8. Enjoy!
